Agricultural science is a growing field working on genuinely consequential problems. If you want to make a measurable difference to food production through science and technology, an international programme gives you the research facilities, the practical training and the networks to do it.

It is a strong choice if you are interested in food security, sustainability or agritech. Demand is stable, several countries list agricultural skills for priority migration, and the technology side of the field is expanding quickly.

The Netherlands — Wageningen ranks first in the world and tuition is far below US levels. The USA leads on research output and salary, and Australia offers priority migration pathways.

Science subjects are required — Biology, Physics, Chemistry or Agriculture — at 60–70% aggregate. Biology is the most useful of them for this field.
