Not strictly, for most MSc programmes. One to two years is preferred for MBA routes, postgraduate diplomas and the more competitive MSc courses.

PMP dominates in North America; PRINCE2 dominates in the UK and much of Europe. Choose the one that matches where you intend to work — and check that your course aligns with it.

Canada, on the balance of tuition, job market and post-study work rights, with PMP-focused teaching and co-op placements. The UK is the fastest route if you want a one-year master's with PRINCE2 built in.

Yes. IT and engineering bachelor's degrees are accepted alongside business ones — project management sits on top of a technical discipline as often as it sits on top of a commercial one.
